When registering for the event, please tick the box for the session(s) you wish to attend.
We will confirm your attendance with a separate invitation.

ご参加希望のセッションについて、チェックボックスでご選択ください。 また、初日夜のレセプション参加と（半日参加の方は）昼食についてもご希望をご登録ください。

You will receive an automatic reply (confirmation of receipt) after you have submitted your registration.
Due to the limited number of seats available, we will limit the number of participants to two per company/organization and will confirm your attendance in a separate email.

参加申込フォームのご送信後に、自動送信にて受信確認がされます。
座席数の関係上、一社につき二名様までとさせていただいております。ご参加の可否については、CPPC事務局より別途メールにてご案内させていただきます。
